Position Description: The job holder is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the company's daily operations and the execution of the long-term growth strategy. The primary function involves optimizing internal processes, managing strategic relationships with PAM platform providers, and aligning technology, compliance, and commercial departments to ensure operational efficiency and business profitability. Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the iGaming industry or financial technology sectors is required. Proven track record in scaling international operations and P&L management. Requirements & Competencies: Strategic leadership and superior analytical capacity. Deep knowledge of the White Label solution provider ecosystem and global regulatory frameworks. Excellent executive-level contractual negotiation skills.
