Head of Affiliates

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Affiliates to lead, scale, and optimize our brands across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing affiliate programs in regulated casino environments, as well as active relationships with affiliates in LATAM and other strategic GEOs. Requirements. Proven experience as Head of Affiliates in the iGaming/online casino industry. Strong knowledge of Anjouan and Curacao licensing regulatory frameworks, and affiliate compliance requirements. Active network of contacts in LATAM. Proficiency with tracking platforms: Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates, PartnerMatrix, Cellxpert, or similar. Commercial experience structuring CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Fluent English and Portuguese. Nice to have. Experience with crypto affiliates. Knowledge of streamers, influencers, and media buyers. Experience in emerging GEOs. Proven ability to scale affiliate teams. Responsibilities. Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for player acquisition and retention. Expand and maintain a strong affiliate network across key GEOs. Negotiate competitive commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, hybrid). Oversee day-to-day affiliate program operations across both brands. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring. Analyze data and generate actionable insights. Resolve tracking issues, discrepancies, and reporting. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliates. Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners.
