Position Description: The position requires personalized management of the high-value client portfolio (High Rollers). The holder is responsible for strategic retention through the implementation of loyalty programs, management of exclusive benefits, and high-priority support. Professional Experience: 2+ years in VIP client management or private banking services. Previous experience in the casino sector (land-based or online) will be positively valued. Requirements & Competencies: Fluency in languages (Spanish/English/Portuguese). Technical knowledge in the use of CRM tools and casino operational management platforms.
