These are two completely different systems. LOTRA/LNB: traditional tombola ticket lottery, weekly Wednesday draw, $30 full ticket or $1.50 vigésimo, operated by El Salvador's government, no online purchase. Loto/INTERLOTO: electronic lottery, daily draws (La Diaria) and twice-weekly (Super Premio), tickets from $0.25, operated by INTERLOTO under Canada-El Salvador agreement, with online purchase. Both are legal and supervised by LNB as regulator.
