Imagine Live operates under MGA B2B licence MGA/B2B/592/2018 from the Malta Gaming Authority through Digitain (MT) Limited, and in February 2025 secured a Class II licence from the National Gambling Office (ONJN) of Romania through its subsidiary ImagineLive Ro. That second authorisation matters because it enables live game delivery from its Bucharest studio, opening the operation to European regulated markets with specific production localisation requirements.
