Light & Wonder: the global giant of omnichannel innovation
Light & Wonder (formerly Scientific Games) is one of the largest and most influential corporations in the history of the gaming industry. Following its rebranding in 2022, the company has focused all its resources on becoming the world leader in cross-platform gaming. Based in Las Vegas, Light & Wonder combines a massive legacy of physical slots with a cutting-edge digital division that supplies content to the leading operators on the planet. The name Light & Wonder represents excellence in creating game franchises that are instantly recognized by millions of players.
OpenGaming Ecosystem and Cutting-Edge Technology
What sets Light & Wonder apart from any competitor is its OpenGaming platform, the industry's leading content aggregation ecosystem that offers thousands of games through a single integration. This infrastructure enables massive global distribution of its own titles and those from partner studios. Technically, its games are optimized for an omnichannel experience, allowing iconic brands like Rainbow Riches and 88 Fortunes to deliver the same mathematical and visual quality in both land-based casinos and mobile apps or web browsers.
Regulatory Leadership and Industrial-Grade Security
As a publicly traded company (NASDAQ), Light & Wonder meets the world's strictest compliance and security standards. Its systems are audited by hundreds of regulatory jurisdictions, ensuring absolute transparency in RNG and payments. In January 2026, the company has strengthened its leadership through the acquisition of new creative studios and the expansion of its services in regulated markets in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Its commitment to constant innovation positions Light & Wonder as the fundamental pillar for any iGaming project seeking maximum scale and reliability.
