LaFinteca — Payment Gateways

LatAm-focused payment gateway headquartered in São Paulo, authorised in 2025 as an Electronic Money Institution by the Central Bank of Brazil and covering eight countries across the region.
## A LatAm gateway with operational headquarters in Brazil LaFinteca is a payment gateway operation headquartered in São Paulo, led by Dima Rukin as CEO and a team of around 21 to 50 professionals. The founder is joined by Katia Gorobets as Chief Marketing Officer and Agustin Rodriguez as Legal Director. The company appeared on the regional B2B radar with a deliberate focus on Latin America before the Brazilian SPA regulation, and consolidated its institutional positioning in 2025 when it secured authorisation as an Instituição de Pagamento Eletrônica (Electronic Money Institution) from the Central Bank of Brazil, a licence that for a PSP operating in the largest market in the region functions as a category shift. ## Geographic coverage across eight markets in the region The technical proposition is built to solve the most persistent pain for operators entering LatAm: the fragmentation of payment methods across countries. LaFinteca operates with declared coverage in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Costa Rica, integrating into a single gateway the local methods each market demands. That includes PIX in Brazil, bank transfers, e-wallets, cash payment points at well-known retail networks and, where applicable, country-specific alternative methods. For an iGaming operator building a multi-country cashier, that concentration under a single integration reduces the cost and operational risk of managing several parallel contracts. ## La Frambuesa Connect v3.0 and the technical side of the product The API the company exposes is called La Frambuesa Connect v3.0 and is the entry point for integrations with financial platforms and operators. The technical promise includes real-time processing, multi-rail reconciliation, multi-currency support and continuous monitoring. The published security measures cover data encryption, two-factor authentication, tokenisation and adherence to industry standards. The declared target verticals are e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, mobility services and digital ecosystems, with iGaming as one of the segments where the product applies directly. ## The digital bank layer and the wider LatAm view The next phase of the public roadmap is a digital bank layer oriented at corporate treasury rather than retail, extending the platform from payment processing into liquidity management. That piece is built on the real-time control the company gains by operating the full payments rail, a position few regional PSPs can offer integrated under a single contract. For a betting house that needs to reconcile high volumes in PIX, transfers and local wallets under a regulated model, LaFinteca positions itself as an alternative with a Brazilian EMI licence, broad LatAm coverage and an architecture designed to integrate multiple rails without setting up parallel country-by-country contracts.
