## A Curitiba fintech that evolved into a Pix direct participant Trio Pagamentos was born as a spin-off of Ateliware Software, a Curitiba software house with more than ten years in the market responsible for developing applications that scaled internationally such as Pipefy and MineStore. Trio's founding coincides with the start of the Brazilian Open Banking movement in 2020-2021, a strategic decision that positioned it early in the real-time payments infrastructure segment. CEO and founder Peterson F. dos Santos leads the operation from Curitiba with a developer-rooted technical team, a characteristic reflected in the depth of the APIs and the platform architecture. The company processes more than 30 million monthly transactions with volume exceeding R$ 2 billion per month, executed in real time with settlement happening in seconds. The architecture uses Pix Direto and Pix Automático with Payout, Checkout and Pix APIs integrable via API or Internet Banking. The platform resolves Mass Payouts and Cash Collection with end-to-end bank reconciliation and native 100% anti-fraud. For operators with global activity, Trio offers Euro and Dollar exchange within the platform itself, a layer that avoids integration with external banks for cross-border movements. The Sigap integration through opening payment accounts and filling Annex 5 covers SPA regulatory requirements for authorised operators. ## Products dedicated to the iGaming segment and complete financial stack Beyond the base infrastructure, the portfolio includes several pieces thought for the iGaming operator. Fast Play allows processing bets without requiring identity documents, a layer designed to improve cart conversion. Flawless Payout delivers instant payouts that reduce social media complaints and build player loyalty. The whitelabel layer allows the operator to maintain its frontal brand while Trio operates payments in the backend. PayBrokers Hub, launched as part of the merger, is a payments aggregator where other PSPs can plug into the ecosystem to offer the operator centralised view of all bank accounts in a single panel. Trio Gestão de Recursos LTDA adds an exclusive investments layer for corporate clients. PayBrokers Rental rents physical equipment for state lotteries with confirmed presence in Paraná and active demand from Paraíba and Maranhão.
