## A fresh entry founded by a team with operator track record InstaSoft was incorporated in April 2025 with headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, founded by Boyan Todorov as CEO, alongside Jonathan Levi and Denislav Stoilkov. Todorov arrived with prior experience at DraftKings, a marker that helps frame the type of product the team intends to build. The company debuted publicly with its turnkey platform in January 2026 at ICE Barcelona, stand 1K32, and from there started lining up strategic partnerships to round out the stack. The operational headquarters sit at 2 Ilka Popova st, Sofia, inside the Bulgarian cluster of B2B iGaming providers that has grown over recent years alongside Comtrade and other regional names. ## The seven to fourteen day go-live pitch The core differentiation the company pushes is deployment speed. While traditional platform projects take twelve months or more to move from contract to production, InstaSoft claims to deliver a live operator in seven to fourteen days. That promise, backed by cloud-native architecture with a 99.9 percent uptime SLA, is oriented at operators that need to enter new markets quickly without missing a competitive window. The product is delivered as a fully customisable white-label in UI/UX, branding and experience, and consolidates core, payments and compliance under a single modular infrastructure. ## Crypto-first without dropping traditional fiat The second differentiation the company builds is its payments architecture. InstaSoft processes crypto and fiat simultaneously, supports more than 25 cryptocurrencies and adds virtual IBANs for international payments. The commercial argument targets the modern operator's most sensitive pain: chargebacks, high processing fees, failed transactions and delayed withdrawals. The concrete promise is fast settlement across both rails and a cashier setup that reduces friction for players moving money in crypto without giving up the traditional fiat base. The platform also includes an NFT marketplace and native tokens as a retention layer. ## Casino with 240 providers, sportsbook, poker and SOC 2 security The product suite integrates casino connected to more than 240 providers, sportsbook with pre-match and live markets and advanced trading tools, plus poker, all native at launch rather than modules to integrate later. The infrastructure is SOC 2 certified and adds MFA, encryption and automated AML and KYC flows. In December 2025 InstaSoft signed a strategic alliance with Timeless Tech, an aggregator carrying 15,000 games from more than 130 providers, which multiplies the content available to its operators. Target markets are Europe, LatAm, Africa and Asia, an explicitly global agenda built to scale fast during 2026.
