B2B gamified commerce platform providing the modular infrastructure for operators to design and launch mystery box, unboxing and case opening experiences with a provably fair back-end.
## A hybrid category between commerce and online gaming Mystify was born to serve a crossover that consolidated over the past few years: the fusion between e-commerce and game mechanics, known in the market as Gamified Commerce. The company does not operate consumer-facing platforms but provides the B2B infrastructure for other operators to build their mystery box, unboxing and case opening experiences on a production-ready stack. The founding team combines veterans of the online gaming industry with e-commerce innovators, a mix that explains the product architecture: designed from day one with iGaming operator logic but with catalogue and logistics flows native to digital commerce. ## A modular architecture covering the full operational cycle Mystify's platform is built on a modular architecture and offered in two formats: as an API that integrates individual games into existing platforms, or as a turnkey solution that delivers the full stack to operate from scratch. The back-end covers the entire operational cycle of Gamified Commerce, which in practice means game engines for the unboxing mechanics, transaction systems to process purchases, compliance-ready architecture to respond to regulation when it applies, and a logistics services module to resolve the physical shipment of obtained items when they are tangible products. The promise to the operator is that they do not need to assemble modules from five different providers: catalogue, game engine, inventory logic and order operation live within a single architecture. ## The components the operator manages from the dashboard The stack is delivered fully assembled but remains configurable at granular level. Catalog Management offers a unified system to administer items, suppliers and inventory versions, a layer that in mystery box is central because the catalogue changes often and needs clean versioning. Box Management allows creating and configuring boxes with tools that fine-tune the unboxing experience, which in practice defines the product's retention curve. Order Management processes orders with built-in eligibility checks and workflow control. Order Tracking gives the end customer visibility into the order status at every step. And Cart - Inventory Hub functions as a centralised space where the customer stores already obtained items, a piece that sets mystery box apart from traditional lottery because the prize item has post-game continuity. ## Provably Fair as a trust piece inherited from the crypto casino The most visible piece for the final player is the Provably Fair module. It is a cryptographic architecture that allows verifying that every game outcome was generated transparently, with no post-event manipulation by the operator. Provably Fair gained popularity in the crypto casino segment early in the previous decade and is today considered standard in case opening, skins gambling and mystery box platforms. For Mystify it is a piece that lends legitimacy to the product before an audience composed mostly of Gen Z and Millennials used to mathematically verifying the results of the games they participate in. For the operator building on Mystify, that module saves having to develop the verification layer internally, a decision that saves months of work and mitigates the risk of bugs in a sensitive piece.
