Crown Casino Cali is the largest casino in Cali and one of the most important in Colombia, operated by Grupo Codere on 5 Avenida Estacion in downtown Cali, with gaming tables with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker, poker room, slot machines and restaurant. Codere acquired Crown Cali in 1999, when it was Colombia largest casino, consolidating the Spanish group position as the country second market operator. It operates under Coljuegos license. Cali is Colombia third city with more than 2.5 million inhabitants, the Valle del Cauca capital and the world capital of salsa, the musical rhythm defining the city cultural identity and practiced in its more than 100 active salsa clubs in Juanchito neighborhood and the city center.
