El Napolitano Hotel & Casino

El Napolitano Hotel and Casino is the casino of Hotel Napolitano, one of the most long-standing hotels on Santo Domingo Malecon, located on Avenida George Washington No. 51 in the Ciudad Nueva neighborhood, at the eastern end of the Malecon.
