Casino Manager

We are looking for a Casino Manager with strong experience in the iGaming industry to lead the integral operation of our online casino. The selected person will be responsible for the daily management of the platform, the optimization of commercial performance, KPI analysis and the coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an exceptional and profitable gaming experience. The position will report directly to general management and will work closely with the marketing, CRM, customer service, regulatory compliance, product and game provider teams. Main responsibilities. Comprehensive operational management of the online casino, ensuring the proper functioning of the platform, the availability of games and the quality of the user experience across all devices. Definition and execution of the casino's commercial strategy, including the planning of promotions, bonuses, tournaments, jackpots and seasonal campaigns aligned with acquisition and retention objectives. Management of the games portfolio, evaluating the performance of each title by GGR, NGR, number of active players, session frequency and return ratio. Negotiation and incorporation of new providers and games based on market demand and performance data. Continuous analysis of operational and financial KPIs of the casino, including GGR, NGR, hold, effective RTP, ARPU, LTV, CAC, deposit conversion rate, gaming frequency, churn rate and player cohorts. Design and supervision of the promotional calendar, defining bonus mechanics, free spins, cashback, missions and VIP programs, with monitoring of bonus cost and its impact on margin. Coordination with the CRM team for player segmentation, communication automation and personalized campaigns based on gaming behavior, value and lifecycle. Joint work with the payments and antifraud team to optimize deposit approval rates, reduce chargebacks and identify patterns of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
