BetWarrior opens modern offices at the Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo
BetWarrior, one of the leading online betting and gaming companies in Argentina, officially inaugurated its new offices in the city of Buenos Aires. The brand-new space is located in the Special Tribune of the iconic Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo, a landmark of the Argentine capital. The renovation project, which took five months of work, was designed to respond
to the growing need of the company’s employees to have a modern and functional physical environment that complements the remote work mode that characterizes BetWarrior. The presentation of the new facilities was held through a cocktail attended by BetWarrior executives and employees, national and provincial regulatory authorities, suppliers, service providers, and sports journalists from local media.
The event included the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by the project partners, Ricardo Benedicto and Federico de Achával. After a few words from Santiago Gándara, BetWarrior’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the formal opening began. The celebration ended with a murga performance, filling the company’s renewed spaces with music and color. The new building represents a significant leap in capacity compared to the previous offices. Now, the 250 employees that make up BetWarrior Argentina will have access to coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and areas equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
The goal is to alternate between home office and in-person work in an environment of absolute comfort and flexibility. In an exclusive interview with Yogonet, Leandro Rivas, General Director of BetWarrior Argentina, explained the reasons behind this ambitious project: “We had wanted to expand the space for our employees for a long time. Today, there are around 250 people working at BetWarrior in Argentina, and the offices we occupied were too small. And although our culture is mainly remote work, some employees had partial in-person attendance. We then began to perceive, through our internal surveys, that people were demanding a physical space where they could work and be more in contact with their colleagues.”
Regarding the process of selecting the location, Rivas added: “So we started looking for options until we found a space with a good location that had all the necessary services for our collaborators. And talking with the people from the Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo, we found here a place that met all those conditions. It was in the same place where we had our smaller offices, and we moved to a much larger space: we grew four times in size compared to what we had. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of the Palermo neighborhood, with the possibility of parking, using the dining facilities, and with a privileged view. So we decided to embark on the renovation of the space, which took five months and that we inaugurate today.”
The architectural proposal was also key in the development of the project. “We wanted an office where people could be comfortable, and that they would like to go to... that they would enjoy being there, and that it would be ideal for working. We hired an architecture firm, which presented us with several design ideas, and we finally decided on this one,” the executive said. Finally, Rivas emphasized the impact this new space will have on the company’s daily dynamics: “The dynamic we have in mind is to use these offices as a coworking space, where we will have a tool for each collaborator to choose which days and hours they will come to the office, which spaces they will use, and upon arrival, they can use the facilities without any problem.”
With this opening, BetWarrior seeks to consolidate its presence in the local market, reinforcing its commitment to the well-being of its teams and adding a new milestone to its successful history in the Argentine online gaming market.
