City Lottery unveils AI Program for management transformation
City Lottery announced the launch of its Artificial Intelligence Program, a pioneering initiative within the sector aimed at modernizing the organization's management and optimizing its internal processes through the responsible use of advanced technologies.
At the presentation event, the president of City Lottery, Jesús Acevedo, stated that the program represents “a before and after in the way we manage, prevent, and make decisions,” emphasizing the structural impact that the incorporation of artificial intelligence will have on the organization's operation.
The plan positions City Lottery among the first entities in the sector internationally to adopt an institutional AI strategy, aligning with global trends in public innovation and the modernization agenda promoted by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
The implementation of artificial intelligence tools will allow the automation of tasks, simplification of administrative circuits, and improvement in the quality of data analysis, as well as fostering creativity and innovation within work teams. The program's approach prioritizes the ethical, safe, and responsible use of technology, with special attention to information protection.
“Artificial intelligence does not come to replace people, but to empower them. We seek to add value to the work of our teams and strengthen decision-making, always within a framework of ethics and security,” Acevedo said.
With this program, City Lottery takes a new step in its transformation strategy, aiming to establish itself as a modern, efficient institution and a benchmark in the adoption of innovative technologies within the sector.
