All Games & IDTCEMA ink deal for video lottery terminals in hotels
Within the framework of the SBC Summit Rio 2026, an agreement has been formalized that marks a milestone in the convergence between tourism and regulated entertainment in Brazil. To All Games, a licensed operator by LOTERJ, and the Institute for Development, Tourism, Culture, Sport and Environment (IDTCEMA) have signed a strategic alliance to install dedicated digital entertainment environments and video lottery terminals (VLT) in hotel establishments.
This initiative represents To All Games' first retail foray, transforming common hotel areas into technologically advanced leisure spaces. The project not only focuses on the gaming offering but also on a robust operational architecture that guarantees regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and the physical safety of guests.
Operational innovation and financial security
The system architecture has been designed to meet the most demanding control standards in the Brazilian market:
- Exclusive payments via PIX: Ensures full traceability of operations and financial security for both the user and the hotel.
- Real-time geolocation: Equipment is constantly monitored to ensure that operations remain within authorized limits.
- LOTERJ compliance: All terminals operate under the direct supervision of the Rio de Janeiro regulator, ensuring an auditable and transparent environment.
Impact on the tourism and commercial ecosystem
For hoteliers, this value-added model offers benefits that directly impact the establishment's profitability.
