The award structure is divided into three fundamental axes: the first focused on "Commitment and Participation," with categories such as "Committed of the Year" and "AMIG Connected"; the second dedicated to "Inspiration and Leadership," which celebrates exemplary figures under the titles of "Inspiring Leader" and "Professional Revelation."
Finally, the special categories symbolize the strength of equity in the sector. Among them, the "Ally of the Year" award stands out, a mention dedicated to men who actively support gender equality and female empowerment in the market. Natalia Nogues, co-founder of the association, highlights that taking 2025 as a basis allows for valuing the continuous construction of the organization, demonstrating that the advancement of Brazilian iGaming depends on an inclusive and collaborative professional environment.
