SiGMA World Tour 2026: 8 summits redefine global iGaming

SiGMA Group brought forward the presentation of its annual agenda by six months and officially confirmed the SiGMA World Tour 2026, an international tour that will include eight high-level conferences, new strategic destinations, and an enhanced schedule of networking and specialized content.

The announcement not only reveals dates and venues: it marks a statement of intent about the role SiGMA wants to play in the next wave of innovation in gaming and emerging technologies.

A calendar that outlines a new global strategy

The group announced a deep reorganization of its international presence in order to better accompany regulatory evolution, market changes, and new sector demands. With this redesign, SiGMA expands its global footprint, consolidates key regions, and opens space for rapidly growing emerging markets.

The proposal for 2026 includes events in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and America, all located in geographic points where regulated gaming, digital entertainment, and the tech sector are experiencing a phase of strong acceleration.

SiGMA World Tour 2026 Calendar

AIBC Eurasia – Dubai | February 9–11

The tour begins in Dubai, where AIBC will return with its sixth edition. Since its first foray into the United Arab Emirates — with 4,500 attendees in 2021 — the conference has become an essential meeting for the MENA region, reaching 14,500 participants in 2025. The area continues to expand, especially with the opening of integrated resorts in Ras Al Khaimah projected for 2027.

SiGMA Euro-Med – Malta | March 1–3

With SiGMA Africa moving to August, Malta regains prominence at the start of the year with a new event in March. The fair will move to the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC) to facilitate logistics and bring delegates closer to the main hotels and entertainment venues of St. Julian’s, including the Portomaso Casino.

BiS SiGMA South America – São Paulo | April 6–9

Brazil has consolidated itself as one of the group’s expansion jewels. After an inaugural edition with 7,000 attendees in 2023, participation doubled in 2024 and reached 17,500 attendees in 2025.

With the Brazilian market now regulated and forecasts projecting a revenue jump from US$2.9b to nearly US$6.3b by 2028, São Paulo positions itself as an essential stop for the industry.

SiGMA Asia – Manila | June 1–3

The fair in the Philippines continues to grow thanks to the support of PAGCOR and Manila’s strong positioning as a hub for Asian gaming. The event maintains its focus on uniting the land-based and online segments, offering convergence spaces and specialized content for both worlds.

SiGMA Africa – Cape Town | August 4–6

Africa maintains its traction as an emerging market, and Cape Town has established itself as one of the continent’s most powerful hubs. The 2026 edition will be the third in South Africa, an ecosystem where entrepreneurs, operators, and tech companies with global ambition flourish.

SiGMA North America – Mexico City | September 1–3

The group’s new bet for North America arrives at a nerve center: Mexico, whose iGaming market could exceed US$2b by 2028. Mexico City, with its 96 casinos, leads the country’s land-based offering. The event will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and will serve as a bridge between Latin America and the North American market.

SiGMA Central Europe – Rome | November 2–5

Rome will once again host SiGMA Central Europe. Italy — which generates €16b in gross gaming revenue, but where only 25% comes from the online channel — is undergoing a profound digital transformation. The event will bring together operators, regulators, and industry leaders to drive market modernization and cross-vertical opportunities.

SiGMA South Asia – Bangkok | November 30 – December 2

The tour closes in Bangkok, where Thailand is advancing in the legalization of integrated casinos. If the bill under consideration is approved, the country could become the third largest global gaming market, with an estimated GGR of US$15.1b. The date strategically coincides with Affiliate World Bangkok, creating a dual experience for delegates.

A global movement for the gaming of the future

With the 2026 calendar already active, SiGMA points out that the goal is not only to organize conferences but to lead an international movement that connects regulators, operators, providers, and technological visionaries.

“The SiGMA World Tour is our way of anticipating where the global industry is headed,” the organization stated. “This calendar is not just an announcement: it is the starting point of a new chapter for gaming.”
