The SCJ launches "My SCJ," a new citizen portal for digital procedures
The Superintendence of Gambling Casinos (SCJ) officially launched "My SCJ", a citizen portal designed to centralize and digitize the procedures that individuals and organizations carry out before the Chilean regulatory body. The new platform aims to simplify processes, reduce processing times, and improve the relationship between the institution and the public.
Through My SCJ, users can submit requests online, track the status of each procedure in real time, access their electronic file, and attach additional documents during the process, all within a digital environment designed to be agile, secure, and transparent.
Access to the portal is done through Unique Key, which ensures high standards of security, confidentiality, and protection of personal information. With this initiative, the SCJ advances its institutional modernization strategy, aligning with the State's digital transformation objectives and reinforcing its commitment to more accessible, efficient public services focused on the user experience.
