Fast Track launches AI agent flows in its CRM

The Swedish provider Fast Track has enabled fully agentic workflows within Fast Track AI, its natural language CRM platform designed for iGaming. This move solidifies the developer as one of the most advanced firms in incorporating artificial intelligence into the technological stack of online operators, an area where competition intensifies at the same pace as player sophistication.

Agentic flows are a specific category of AI systems that go beyond answering questions. Instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions, an agent interprets an objective, plans the necessary actions to achieve it, executes them across multiple tools and data sources, and adjusts the plan as conditions change. The user defines the intent and reviews the result, while the agent resolves the chain of intermediate tasks.

The operational impact is direct for iGaming. Until now, building a CRM strategy meant an analyst running queries, navigating the platform, configuring triggers, segmenting players, drafting communications, and defining the logic for each channel. With agentic flows, the user describes the objective in natural language, and the platform delivers the work end-to-end. What previously took hours of coordination between various areas can now be resolved in a single conversation, which redefines the role of CRM teams towards strategy and creativity.

Fast Track AI launched in September 2025, and adoption progressed rapidly. According to the firm itself, over 70 percent of users incorporated natural language capabilities within the first three months, and today almost all use them daily. Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, stated that the combination of granular real-time data, the vertical focus on iGaming, the Singularity model, and the platform's orchestration layer is what enables this evolution towards an autonomous agent scheme.

For Latin America, where Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina are in different stages of regulated market expansion, these types of movements mark the technological horizon that major operators are aiming for. The pressure to personalize the experience, contain acquisition costs, and comply with increasingly strict responsible gambling rules makes investment in engagement platforms with AI capabilities critical. Fast Track, with a history that includes the first real-time CRM for iGaming in 2018 and the Singularity model in 2021, is now positioned as a benchmark for a region that closely watches every move that combines data, automation, and iGaming simultaneously.
