Winner Group opens Casino Río Serrezuela in Cartagena
Winner Group, a Colombian gaming and gambling company and part of the Cirsa Group, inaugurated Casino Río Serrezuela in the city of Cartagena, marking a new step in its growth strategy in the country. With this opening, the company now operates 78 casinos in Colombia and reaffirms its position as the largest network in the country, with a presence in one of Latin America's most important tourist and business destinations.
The establishment is located in the La Serrezuela shopping center, in the traditional walled city neighborhood, and, according to the company, reflects an expansion vision aimed at bringing high-level entertainment experiences to cities with economic and tourist dynamism. The company highlighted that Cartagena has become a key location for international tourism, business events, and the development of premium offerings.
The new venue offers state-of-the-art slot machines and gaming tables for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker, in addition to a range of shows, promotions, and experiences designed as a comprehensive entertainment destination for residents and visitors. According to Winner Group, the opening contributes to local economic development by generating more than 50 direct and 150 indirect jobs, and the company projects over 17,000 cumulative visits during the second half of the year.
The company, with over 24 years of experience, emphasized that responsible gambling is one of its main pillars through the "Set your limits, play responsibly" program, present in all its casinos, with prevention, information, and support actions.
