SOFTSWISS wins double at the Casino Guru Awards 2026

International provider SOFTSWISS took home two awards at the Casino Guru Awards 2026, one of the most anticipated awards ceremonies on the European iGaming calendar. The company won in the Industry Culture Shaper category, while its Chief Marketing Officer, Valentina Bagniya, received the Woman Leader of the Year award. The accolades were presented at a ceremony held on May 25th at The Xara Lodge, Malta.

The Industry Culture Shaper category recognizes companies that implement initiatives with a real impact on the professional development of their teams and, at the same time, influence workplace culture standards across the entire industry. In 2025, SOFTSWISS ran a wellness program that reached over 500 employees in mental health, trained over 800 people in various areas, and funded language classes for another 700 collaborators. 31 percent of new hires that year came from internal recommendations.

The most visible initiatives include the SOFTSWISS Young Fest, a four-day gathering held in Turkey to celebrate the firm's 15th anniversary, which brought together over 2,000 employees and partners from 46 countries. The event recently won five awards at the Eventex Awards 2026, including gold in Corporate Events. The SOFTSWISS Kids Camp program, an 11-day summer camp for employees' children, had already won the Eventex Award 2025 in the same category.

Bagniya was recognized for her contribution to the global growth of the SOFTSWISS brand and the provider's marketing strategy. Since joining in 2020, she built a marketing department from scratch that today comprises 70 specialists in public relations, events, digital campaigns, employer branding, social media, creative production, and analytics. Under her leadership, SOFTSWISS led the iGaming media share of voice for four consecutive years and quintupled its global brand recognition, with international campaigns that included former driver Rubens Barrichello, the provider's non-executive director in Latin America.

For Latin America, the double distinction reinforces the provider's position in a region where its name is common at events such as SBC Summit Lisbon and SiGMA Central Europe. The brand strategy, coupled with Brazil's growing role within its global plan, places SOFTSWISS among the most active B2B players in the market. The firm was also a pioneer in the prediction markets segment, with its own fixed-odds platform for real events that opened a new business line for the sector.
