Logrand adopts Calímaco's PAM platform in Mexico

Logrand Entertainment Group, a Mexican casino, betting, and sportsbook operator, has signed an agreement with Calímaco, an open management platform for iGaming operators, to advance its digital transformation process through the adoption of a player account management platform that will manage its online operations.

Following the agreement, Logrand's Jubilee.mx and Vivento.mx brands now operate on this platform, which centralizes player management, wallet, promotions, CRM, regulatory compliance tools, integrations with providers, and casino and sports betting operations from a single back office. As explained, the implementation allows the operator to centrally manage all its digital operations and integrate Altenar's sportsbook solution and various casino content providers within the same technological ecosystem. For players, the change translates into a smoother and more stable experience, faster response times, more relevant promotions, a wider catalog, and a consistent experience between digital channels and physical venues.

Calímaco highlighted that the agreement represents a new milestone in Latin America, as it strengthens its position as a provider for operators seeking to modernize their operations through open, scalable platforms adapted to the regulatory and commercial needs of each market. The company emphasized that its flexible and modular architecture aims to accelerate the growth of operators of different sizes, optimize their operations, and offer increasingly integrated omnichannel experiences.

Alejandro Serrano, co-founder of Calímaco, stated that the company's goal has always been to develop technology that allows operators to maintain control of their business, integrate new providers with agility, and evolve their platforms without relying on complex developments. He considered that the choice of an operator with Logrand's trajectory and scale validates their technological proposal for the region.

For his part, Eduardo Peláez, Online Operations Director at Logrand Entertainment Group, explained that the change is part of the company's digital transformation process and that they were looking for a platform that would allow them to maintain control of their online operations, integrate different providers with agility, and evolve their ecosystem at the pace demanded by the Mexican market. The executive considered that Calímaco's platform provides this capability on a robust and scalable infrastructure, and allows the benefits to be passed on to users with a more agile, secure, and integrated experience.
