Cibelae and the Panama Lottery reviewed their technical agenda
Cibelae and the Panamanian lottery met to review the status of their joint work. On Monday, August 31, at the offices of the Lotería Nacional de Beneficencia in Panama City, Rodrigo Cigliutti, who heads the corporation's executive management, met with Isidro Carbonell, head of the Panamanian organization and also Cibelae's general secretary.
On the agenda were the institution's institutional roadmap and how its tools and services reach associated organizations. The central point was the plan followed by the technical commissions, the forums where member lotteries share how they address responsible gambling, security, commercial processes, and fraud prevention.
Carbonell took office in March and used the meeting to realign the institution with regional collaboration and the state-regulated gambling model. The corporation indicated that the visit is part of a series of bilateral meetings that its executive management has been holding with operators throughout the region, with the aim of strengthening training offerings, technical assistance, and cooperation channels among Ibero-American lotteries.
