Hard Rock San Juan launches the sale of its residences
Even before opening its doors, the future Hard Rock Hotel & Casino San Juan has already begun selling one of its components. The brand put on the market the units of Hard Rock Residences San Juan, with one, two and three bedroom apartments whose prices start at 900,000 dollars, a move that activates the real estate leg of a development whose total investment is around 850 million dollars and whose opening is projected for 2029.
The project in Puerto Rico is moving forward alongside Misla Hospitality, Stonecrest Investment Management and The Interfin Companies, with the design in the hands of the Klai Juba Wald and CMA Architects studios. When finished, the complex will combine around 415 rooms, 58 suites and 186 residences, to which an offering designed for both guests and families will be added, with dining proposals, a spa, gym, three rooftop pools, event halls, a recording studio and even differentiated spaces for children and teenagers.
The casino thus coexists with a broader web of hospitality, housing and entertainment, a model also reflected in its impact on employment. According to the estimates released when announcing the project in February, construction would require more than 2,500 direct jobs, while the operation, once running, would leave around 1,250 permanent jobs in the Puerto Rican capital.
