Paraguay: Record revenues in November, gaming exceeds $2.8M
Paraguay recorded in November a collection exceeding US$2.8 million from gaming industry royalties, according to data published by the National Gambling Commission (Conajzar) through the National Tax Revenue Directorate (DNIT) portal. With this result, the country consolidates a 2025 that is already a record even before the end of the year.
The updated report shows that, between January and November, Conajzar accumulated revenues of G.197,773,098,414, equivalent to US$28.1 million, greatly surpassing the G.175,768 million (US$22 million) collected throughout 2024.
Month by month, sustained growth
The monthly performance confirms the upward trend:

September continues to be the month with the highest collection of the period.
A new legal framework that strengthens oversight
As part of the regulatory reform implemented this year, Conajzar became part of DNIT, which expanded its control, monitoring, and sanctioning capabilities over the entire betting and gambling ecosystem in Paraguay.
The combination of increased oversight and the sustained growth of the sector explains, according to official sources, the remarkable increase in revenues that positions 2025 as the best year in the recent history of the industry.
