SAGSE Paraguay 2026 sets its main day in Ciudad del Este
The organizers of SAGSE Paraguay 2026 announced that the main day for operators, regulators, authorities, C-Level executives, and decision-makers from the gaming industry will take place on Wednesday, August 5, at the Acaray Hotel Casino & Convention Center in Ciudad del Este. The event will be part of a closed, exclusive, and invitation-only edition, designed to foster a high level of interaction among the main players in the Paraguayan and regional markets.
From 2 PM to 7 PM, an executive conference will be held for managers, operators, and regulators, focusing on the present and future of the Paraguayan market, regulatory evolution, sector professionalization, technology, security, responsible gambling, compliance, payment methods, and new business opportunities. One of the highlights will be an academic talk by Gustavo Adamovsky, Dean of UCES Argentina, on leadership in the face of uncertainty in new FANI environments – that is, fragile, anxious, non-linear, and incomprehensible.
This presentation will explore concepts such as mental traps in decision-making, the illusion of control, psychological safety, strategic error management, herd mentality, and management under extreme pressure, in addition to intergenerational leadership with an emphasis on Generation Z, autonomy, constant micro-feedback, and leadership challenges in modern organizations. The day will conclude at 9 PM with a networking cocktail at the Casino Snack Bar, designed as a space for interaction among operators, regulators, sponsors, and invited business leaders.
