DraftKings sportsbook & casino now in Spanish for Hispanic market

DraftKings took a new step in its expansion and personalization strategy by enabling a comprehensive experience in Spanish within its Sportsbook & Casino app, a feature that responds to the sustained growth of the Spanish-speaking audience in regulated markets such as the United States and Ontario.

The company confirmed that the update has already begun to be implemented for an initial group of users and will be progressively rolled out to the rest of the customer base in the coming weeks. Users who have their devices set to Spanish will automatically see the interface translated when opening the app after the update, without needing to make additional configurations.

“Spanish-speaking customers are a growing segment within our ecosystem,” said Corey Gottlieb, Chief Product Officer of DraftKings. “Incorporating a native Spanish experience improves navigation, creates greater comfort, and expands our accessible market. We are committed to building the most authentic and personalized product in the industry.”

The company seeks to capitalize on this trend with a more accessible offering for a market that, according to Nielsen, shows a sports participation rate 33% higher than the general average.

DraftKings: a giant in expansion

The launch comes at a time of strong growth for the brand. According to the financial results published in Q3 2025:
