Evoplay strengthens North America strategy with Ashley McCulloch
Game developer Evoplay has taken a decisive step in its roadmap for the North American market by appointing Ashley McCulloch as its new Vice President for the region. This strategic move aims to consolidate the brand's presence in both the United States and Canada, leveraging the executive's more than 15 years of experience in high-level commercial positions at prestigious firms such as IGT, Light & Wonder, and Inspired Gaming Group.
In addition to her corporate role, McCulloch is an influential figure in the industry, serving on the board of Women in Sports and Events and as a member of Global Gaming Women. Her career was recognized in 2024 when she was named among the Emerging Leaders in Gaming 40 Under 40, bringing a dynamic leadership profile to manage the strategic partnerships and regulatory licensing processes that the company has ahead. Currently, the company already operates successfully in Ontario through alliances with operators such as BetMGM and Caesars Entertainment.
In her new position, McCulloch will be responsible for leading product launches and business development initiatives in an environment that demands a deep understanding of both the land-based and digital sectors. Her incorporation comes at a time of accelerated expansion for the studio, which seeks to replicate the success achieved in the Canadian province across the rest of North America.
